I acknowledge that travel VIP is not the source or supplier of the travel planning services I have requested and acts solely as an agency for the individual representative who handle their travel services. I have been advised that the agent, who I am assigned to and/or whom I have chosen, are solely responsible for providing the services that I have purchased. I consent to the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold travel VIP responsible should any of these suppliers fail to provide the travel services I have purchased, cease to operate, fail to comply with any applicable law, and/or engage in any negligent act or omission that cases me any sort of injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience. 

I understand that final payment is due prior to departure according to each supplier’s terms and conditions involved in my travel booking (hotel, cruise line, transportation company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors). If full/final payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits can be forfeited. 

 I understand that in some cases there is no refund of monies once a deposit is made, booking is secured, and/or paid for in full.  My right to a refund of monies if I change or cancel my travel plans may be limited. As a result of cancellation, the travel supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply, which are detailed in the travel documentation and/or on the travel supplier’s web site. Cancellation penalties are provided at time of booking and upon confirmation. If I have questions, or any penalties are unclear, I must contact my travel advisor. I understand that fares can involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.

I will review each person in my party’s travel documents for accuracy upon receipt. I understand that the name, date of birth, and gender that appears on their identification (18+) must exactly match the same data as it is listed. I acknowledge that failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied entry, and/or boarding, reservations, or security checkpoint delay. I must contact my travel advisor immediately regarding any discrepancies. I will review the face covering/mask requirements at my destination to ensure that I comply.

travel VIP is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control. The risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By allowing travel VIP to book your reservation you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

I acknowledge that travel VIP encourages & offers Travel Insurance on specific suppliers, to protect me and my travel arrangements. Should I chose to deny appropriate travel insurance, I recognize that if I cancel or modify my travel for any reason, all or portions of my trip may not be refunded by the travel suppliers; and that travel VIP travel supplier’s cancellation policies, forfeitures and penalties will apply, potentially resulting in the loss of monies up to the full cost of my travel booking and any related costs.  Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy. It is my responsibility to find any answers.
